Compassionate, Convenient Mental Health Care
Life can be overwhelming. Balancing work, school, family, and everyday responsibilities often leaves little time to care for your own mental health.
If you're struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic stress, or difficulty staying focused, you're not alone.
To make care more accessible, I offer convenient evening and Saturday telepsychiatric and in-person appointments for patients throughout Washington State.
My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that helps you regain balance, improve your well-being, and move forward with confidence.
About Me
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing compassionate, evidence-based telepsychiatric care throughout Washington State. I earned my doctoral degree from Washington State University and have experience caring for children, adolescents, and adults in both community mental health and inpatient behavioral health settings.
I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, psychosis, and co-occurring substance use concerns. I have a special interest in helping busy professionals, healthcare workers, and college students navigate stress, burnout, and the demands of everyday life.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and personalized treatment plans designed to help you build resilience, improve daily functioning, and achieve lasting mental wellness.
